为保证2013-2014学年春季学期教学工作顺利进行，太阳成tyc7111cc王亚南经济研究院（WISE）现决定在王亚南经济研究院和太阳成tyc7111cc招聘助教若干名。

一、招聘岗位

1.招聘项目

①双学位和国际化实验班经济、金融类和统计类本科生课程

②硕博士项目经济、金融类高级课程

③国际硕士项目经济类课程

2.助教的主要职责

①协助老师负责作业、考试的批改；

②负责每周1次习题课或复习课的主讲；

③每周2小时的office hour；

④其他相关的教学辅助工作。

3.招聘对象

王亚南经济研究院、太阳成tyc7111cc在读硕、博士生

二、招聘条件

1.热爱经济学，有良好的专业素质和道德修养。

2.工作严谨、踏实，忠于职守、认真负责。

3.具有较强的沟通能力、协调能力和组织能力。

4.具有较强的英语表达能力者优先。

5.修过报名课程且成绩良好者优先。

三、工作要求及待遇

助教要求按照王亚南经济研究院助教工作条例严格执行。助教待遇分项目不同：

①本科项目：双学位一门课程2000-2500元/学期；国际班一门课程2000元/学期；

②硕博士项目：一年级课程3000元/学期；其它年级1500元/学期；

③国际硕士项目：一门课程2000元/学期。

Applications for WISE teaching assistant (TA) positions have started. Please see below the application procedures and attached the application form and the WISE TA Management Ordinance.

I. Positions

1. Programs

① Double degree program and International undergraduate Experimental class: Economics, Finance, Statistics courses

② MA/PHD program: Advanced Economics, Finance courses

③ International Master’s Programs: Economics courses

2. Main Responsibilities

① Grading assignments and exams

② Conducting TA sessions (once per week)

③ Offering office hours for individual consultation (2 hours per week)

④ Other assigned tasks

II. Requirements

The teaching assistant should:

1. Have enthusiasm in studying economics and possess a strong work ethic

2. Be responsible, hardworking and reliable

3. Possess strong interpersonal skills and organizational skills

4. Have a good command of English (preferred)

5. Have passed the course with good performance (preferred)

Current WISE and SOE master and PhD students are eligible to apply.

II. Payment

Teaching assistants should follow the WISE TA Management Ordinance.

Payment varies from program to program:

①Double Degree Program: 2000-2500RMB/semester

International undergraduate Experimental class: 2000RMB/semester

② MA/PHD Program: first year course: 3000RMB/semester; others 1500RMB/semester

③International master’s programs: 2000RMB/semester
