According to Article 47 of Chapter 8 of " Administrative Regulations of Graduate Students in Xiamen University ”, which is about handling of expelling graduate student, these 2 foreign master students (the list of students is as follows) who fail to register within 2 weeks after the prescribed time limit of the school and have not fulfilled the deferred registration procedures and have no legitimate reason, will be expelled by the university.

In view of the fact that the expelling decision cannot be delivered to the students by mail, phone, WeChat, etc., we decide to deliver the expelling decision by putting the public notice on the website. The public notice period will last for 5 working days, from March 14, 2023 to March 20, 2023.

Students who disagree with the decision shall send an appeal email to zengmin@xmu.edu.cn during the public notice period. Otherwise, they are regarded as accepting the expelling of schooling by our university.
